The Islamic Emirate spokesperson has also added that Afghans’ rights have also been denied in a number of cases.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate said that Afghanistan has not achieved its desired position in the international community and as a result has restrictions in participating in certain international meetings.
Speaking to TOLOnews, Mujahdi added that the Islamic Emirate has always sought to integrate into the world community but according to him, despite friendly relations with some countries, the efforts have not yielded in a desired result.
“Afghanistan has always sought to integrate in the international community, but we have not achieved what we really want to. It is because there still exist some restrictions. Afghanistan has achieved its place in the international community despite our good relations with a number of countries.” added Mujahid.
The Islamic Emirate spokesperson has also added that Afghans’ rights have also been denied in a number of cases although they have been trying to achieve them.
“The Islamic Emirate should welcome those demands form the world that are not in opposition with the Afghan people’s interests and religious values so that the country can maintain relations with the world.” Said political analyst, Najiburahman Shamal.
It has been over five years since the Islamic Emirate regained power in Afghanistan but only Russia has come forward to recognize the Afghan government.
